I used to range from $110-120,000, but that's my point (and it sems Skywest is joining Eagle in soon having to confront that as per their hideous projected quarterly losses). The typical narrowbody mainline captain will be seeing about $150,000 in annual pay and that's for about 140 seats. A 70 seater can't generate enough revenue to pay a pilot $100,000 and in the future look for a sobering correction in senior regional pilot pay.

You may make that today, but I'll bet in 5 years you won't. The typical 76 seater will pay about $75,000 for a 12 year captain within the next 5 years.
