I think the buckets are fine, but should be base specific. For example, in MSP on the dog, maybe 0-30 for the first bucket. Very few people are getting anywhere near 80, and in that case I think ftb has a point.

That's my point, it's not the buckets it's the 80 raw score. It should be lower than that. I know this sounds crazy, but there is a major major difference between 50 and 80.

. That is my point and what I contacted the union about, if 80 is the threshold out of bucket 1 then you're going to have pilots not fly. If you want to have a seniority system thats fine, but if you put those RAW buckets at 80 on some categories then it'd be like putting them at 120 or higher for categories where they're flying a lot.
