A senior reserve pilot could expect to fly even less than some junior reserves here report (e.g. pretty little), but that's not good enough? Yes, the bucket sizes need to be smaller, and the number of buckets greater. The company would easily adjust to smaller buckets; it's DALPA that's going to want to keep them as big as they are.
In 5 years I've held lines in only 8 bid periods, and I'm moving more junior as each month passes... Ah, ATL....
