Growth will be there in 2012 for AAWW. Several 767's for DHL and a couple of new 747-800's. Im confident they will run many new hire classes in 2012 even with the -200's retiring. Not to mention a few retirements. Us poolies just gotta be patient...difficult to do though.

Hang in there. Stay current. Get glass time. Study the gouge and see if you can get a line on government funding for a 767 type rating. Maybe a home-study, glass-experienced 767 add-on rating.
Atlas has momentum, airplanes on order, a large number of strong, long term customers, and smart management. At least from where I stand, they appear to subscribe to the theory that growth and prosperity for the company leads to growth and prosperity for themselves - not the other way around as is the case with many other airlines these days.
