Just to clarify, pilots dont think of TSA pilots like they do of GoJet pilots right? I know they are of the same holding company, but everything i have heard so far leads me to believe just gojet pilots are hated. The question is, would working at TSA disqualify me for a job in the future or not?

No, TSA pilots aren't held in the same "regard" as Go Jet Pilots. I have no experience with TSA myself, but know a few people that jumped the TSA ship and went elsewhere.
