While I don't think any major carrier specifies what kind of Turbine PIC time you have; the vast majority of GA turbine aircraft lack one extremely important aspect that every major carrier wants:

A crew environment.

EVERY major airline during an interview will ask TMAAT questions regarding a crew environment of some kind. Of those questions they want to know how you handled things as a CA and FO in the crew environment. And if you've never experienced working in a crew environment 1,000 turbine PIC looks great, but won't do you much good with a major carrier.
