You had to instruct for a few years, then maybe fly some freight then maybe.....just maybe after you aquired 2500 or greater hours THEN you may or may not get hired flying a turbo-prop puddle jumper. So, yes it took me some time. Fact is I took a pay CUT to go to the regional airlines. It was a time when you didn't go from wet certificate to a rj. It was a different time.

I do not think I am the only one with 10k+ hours. I flew with folks at G7 with a lot more time than I and a lot more experience. I was stating my experience in flight time and years. Maybe it "came off wrong". IDK
