I mean by this analogy your saying the pilots who went to G7 would throw bags, be a gate agent, be the fueler and fly the plane for what they were making at TSA for only flying the plane. This is not true. They aren't working any more than when they were at TSA.
I think he was saying the more you do to bring in revenue for the company (fly bigger planes) is the equivalent of the Mcd's guy having multiple titles and saving the company money (increasing revenue). It doesn't have to be physical labor or multiple jobs. Whatever increases the company's profits at your expense. If it were based on who did the most "work" our FO's shoud get paid more than our CA's!
