What if the person didn't have any crew time though? What if all the time was single pilot in that Piper cheyenne? Would he still be able to get the interview or would they say "erm...that's not exactly what we had in mind..."
I honestly don't think it matters. Apply, wait for a call and talk about your experience in an interview. They know based on the resume/logbook what kind of experience you have. Now, are you going to be competitive with the GA turbine time? Probably not, unless you have good contacts at the company.
Contacts always trump flight time.
