Clearly you didn't read the first post, a simple 5.5 years is enough, we all know the realities of the industry, but for the purpose of contrast and comparison time to date (as stated in the first post) it has every bit of relevance.
It's still meaningless. Because once you get hired and don't upgrade at 5.5 yrs, you'll beotch about how you were told your upgrade would have happened by then.
