Well I payed it off!!! I figure why pay the bank 5.25% when they pay me.25% on my money. Payed it off just before the State of the union speech and as I sat down to watch with my cold beer in hand I was half expecting Obama to say that anybody with a mortgage will be forgiven of their debt. That would be just my luck. Anyway time to "tighten the belt" once again and build back up the cash.
