Reading all this doom and gloom sure is discouraging. I don't see how training here is different than another other turbo prop operator. I'd known several to pass Dash-8, EMB-120, etc training with 200-300 hours. Many of which have less than 10 hours of actual. I hope it's a matter of good attitude and willingness to learn getting thru training at Silver as it is anywhere else.
Still discouraging though. Hmm.
It is not that bad they will give you everything you need to know as long as you are not a A** or fall asleep in class
