When my buddies from Europe complain about all the stoppage of play in "American Football" I remind them, American Football is just an excuse for us to eat nachos and drink beer all afternoon! We NEED commercials, so we can go get another beer from the kitchen!
If you've spent any time at a "Football" game in Europe, you've learned they are pretty indiscriminate about where they relieve themselves. (guard your pant legs and shoes, think Bluto giving directions outside the frat house)
