Fair enough... we actually have a "beverage committee"? ... and they still screwed it up because they didn't taste it out of the coffee makers that would be used to serve it, on actual airplanes, where we actually serve coffee to real customers (i.e. not in their air-conditioned high-rise offices). Geniuses, every one of them...
