I'm one of the "new hires" now starting my 3rd month on the line. Rhetoric and Bashing on this forum and else where is a two way street. There is 5% at each "L" throwing hand grenades and 1% truths out there.

How is life on the line? Do you commute to reserve? How is the reserve system? I bypassed as I am under a contract for another year. It may end after that and I would be looking to accept their offer(if still available). Any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
