Well, it's 6% of your previous month's pay. So, the January 05, 2007 contribution would be for Dec, of the 2006 year.
If you go back and add up the Feb/2006 through the Jan. 05, 2007 contributions...I think you'll find they add up to $13,200. If not, somethings goofy. And, you need to call someone.
