So assuming a pilot satisfies the new Part 121 flight time and experience requirements, as well as all ATP flight requirements and experience, you're saying that Congress & FAA also wants to exclude all 21/22 age new "rules" qualified pilots from Part 121 flying until they are 23? I do not believe that was the intent of Congress or the FAA with the new flight time and flight experience "rules"....time to modify ATP minimum age to 21 during the implementation process of Sections 215 & 216 of new requirements.
