Here ya go: GoJets bought 5 CRJ700 for $154 million. That's $30.8 mill/plane.
India's Spicejet bought 15 Q-400's for $446 million. That's $29.73 mill/plane.
Pretty close to the same cost but I got a feeling you're not going to like my figures.
