The good deal of sitting reserve on a bigger jet for the junior guys is going. It respects seniority. I have to agree with you on this one. Not to my advantage, as I am sitting pretty senior (right now, anyway) on reserve in my category. But if seniority is what it is supposed to be (a respecter of SSN) then this should be viewed as a 'win' for the pilots. The old adage, 'don't bid it if you don't want it' ought to be observed before we drool over vacancies. Standing by for incoming....
