Wow alfa, you do give a guy a lot to chew on, but I do agree with you on revenue and the solid footing the company has going forward. My heartburn with you and your ilk is the seeming acceptance of "industry standard" compensation going forward also. The membership is pushing because we are not feeling lead - I know what leadership looks and feels like and I haven't felt it here, yet. That is way at the top of my wish list. I should have put that in my survey
