So you're saying that without any discussion or review, the new "defacto" minimum pilot hiring age is 23 for Part 121 operations....an increase of five years from current standards....and this age increase is supported with pilot flight data or is your personal preference?

btw, if min age 23 for ATP certificate remains, the employed airline pilots that are not 23 by August 2, 2013 are either furloughed or fired, as they don't meet "current ATP mins", or....??
