I would say more pilots would accept the recall than not. Keep in mind that returning to NJA in 2014 would mean coming back at year 6,7 or 8 year pay. That is not chump change my friends. Atleast for me , that will beat the heck out of the on demand 135 meat grinder I find myself in.

Sure, some may have found a wonderful corporate position and I am happy for them. Lets not forget that NJA still offers a very nice quality of life.
