Seriously, this is a public website. You guys are running a high risk of doing yourselves a disservice.
I fly the new UAL a lot (and the former CAL and former UAL). I'm having a difficult time establishing an adult connection between who and what I see entering the flight deck and what I'm observing on this forum.
Counselor,
The rough and tumble banter that you read here may put you and other non-pilot observers off, but it is not indicative of behavior in the cockpit. Yes, many of us are disgusted with the state of OUR profession and the atmosphere at UCH, but we compartmentalize those thoughts and get down to business when we fly. We are professional pilots, not altar boys, and we don't wear three-piece suits. We don't have much tolerance for corporate/legal doubletalk and BS, or for weaklings within our ranks. So if you don't like the way we sometimes interact with each other on this forum, feel free to stay off it.
