I think this is about right. Being in probably the smallest category in the company (about 20 fo's in MEMDC9B) and only about 65% everybody is getting hit randomly just as before. In a much larger category sure the senior guy might have a buffer. The thing I like is that I feel like there is more transparency in how we are placed and assigned. This is the most important thing to me. If its my time to work so be it I'll grab my things and head that way.
However I hate feeling like a scheduler assigned something willy nilly like.
