Maybe I'm in the "curmudgeon mode", but it seems the whining has gotten out of control.

-I don't want to be junior and have to do short call, while the senior pilot is on long call...

-I don't want to have to fly while the senior guy sits home...

-I want all commutable trips because I don't want to move...

This career is predicated on seniority and all of us knew it when we got hired.

Man-up and quit whining!
