You guys need to check out PPRUNE for all the TAM and GOL info you can stand.

My buddy flies for TAM and it is not all "roses" as many like to make it out to be. However I enjoyed my flying in South America, so if you are young and single go for it.

Plenty of TAM pilots on PPRUNE to help you out.
