As some of us agreed earlier, trying to design only commuteable trips, which isn't everyone's cup of tea. You might argue that I could fly one of the more rewarding non-commuteable trips, but I might argue they wouldn't make them.

WRT the second paragraph, it would be sufficient to have a certain ratio of credit time to TAFB, which I think our trip rig already does. I guess we would both be happy if that was improved?
I'm just thinking out loud here, but if two 4-day trips, which have identical show times, are worth the same in terms of pay credit, it doesn't seem right that one of those two rotations block in 12-13 hours before the other. I think compensated the longer trip accordingly will help alleviate some of theses issues.
