Everyone after mid/late Feb 2008 is number 2200 or later on the list. These folks are Captains only because of the damn fence that Bloch put. I personally think we will declare bankruptcy, file motion 1113e, and go for out of seniority furloughs. But if not, a huge portion of these Colgan pilots, #2200s and later, will be downgraded to FOs and be FOs for a loooong time.
