This out of seniority furlough stuff blows my mind. Stapling pilot groups below others...yikes. I would have been for a straight DOH integration, but it sounds like things weren't that simple. Time to move forward the best we can. And who knows, all this squabbling could end up in a safety or legal problem if we can't get along.
