I tend to agree with you. I'm just making a point that there is something to be said for the bird in the hand, and right now and for the forseeable future, they will have better compensation elsewhere.

I still think their decisions should at a minimum spur us to take an honest account of the value of a career at Delta as compared to other options.

I'm betting on Delta in the long haul... But that's the problem. This career shouldn't be one huge bet.
