That's correct. NWALPA did indeed negotiate this. I think it was an attempt to do the right thing. After we'd failed time and time again to reverse our outsourcing at NWA, we went with the Compass experiment which allowed direct flow through to NWA mainline. My opinion is that it was a noble attempt at bringing all flying back in house.

DALPA had a significantly different opinion of what we were doing however, and scuttled the deal. How's that working out for us now shiznit? I'll wait while you call DALPA to get the response they want you to state.
