We had an AT CA in our JS last week. The funny thing (not so much from his perspective) is that SWA's baggage tracking software can't track bags internationally....so, AT will be doing all of the international flying for the foreseeable future. Hilarious! Instead of just adapting to AT's IT, SWA is launching a whole new study to figure out how to do it.
