Why do lanyards matter again? I'm always wearing mine because it holds my ID, license, medical, and I'd lose it in a heart beat if I didn't have it. The fact it says IBT is because it was a freebie I received after my one saying RAH had a few years on it and was fading through. To get bothered about that shows how far off the ball people's eyes are. Not everything is a protest.
