What makes you say that? I predict an additional 90-105 pilots to staff those airplanes, and with the 1900's going the way of the dodo I doubt there will be 250 new hires. Also, attrition will slow to a crawl because people will stay for the Q400.

That being said, growth is good IF you can get paid a good wage for doing it. You're no longer an EAS carrier, you're in the big time now. It's time to buck up and get a union and industry average (at least) pay rates for those airframes.
