I flew my first 2 reserve days in January, then I didn't fly again. In February under new system, I flew my first 9 days. Now I probably won't fly again as I'm in bucket 2. I'm saying its good to be senior reserve under the new bucket system. IF your commuting anyway, bid NYC and be senior reserve and never fly if thats what you want. I would get a crashpad as SC would add up on hotels in NYC. I could suggest a good one if you need it PM me.
