Anyway it really doesn't apply in this case. He was asked to do something against the FAR's. If you are active, probationary, or don't even have a union at all, there was only ONE simple answer...No.
Stop talking logic, this is a web forum. There is one guy on here I actually know who it is now, and he talks all kinds of crap on here. When I see him in the crew room he tries to talk up a big storm with all these stats (most he is just repeating off this website), and usually someone finally speaks up and he gets shutdown. He has no balls when people speak up to him in person, and just gives up and bends over. He also thinks he works for AA the way he talks. He said that he wont take a paycut even if it means we have to furlough 1000s. Real winner .
