I ordered a headset from this online retailer on Oct 21st: jakespilotshop dot com

After a "Shipped" notice, then some excuses about it being on back order when it didn't show up, more back order excuses (even a promise of throwing in some extra "goodies" for my patience), a "what? you haven't gotten it yet" e-mail and then no more responses to e-mails nor phone messages, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I suggest that no one order anything from this joker.
