That sounds similar to what i heard airlines doing before for military guys...Something like military time * 1.2 or something. That takes into account the fact that our time is wheels up to wheels down vs civilian of engine start to shutdown (you know, like in a C-172 or something).
Yes, some airlines allow you to add .2 or .3 per sortie. That's different than what I was trying to explain.
