Okay while I know I'll be in the minority(since after all we are all cheap pilots) I'm a huge fan of Tumi luggage. It's all I buy. I once had my Tumi bag fall from the top of a baggage loader on a C-5 with my new laptop in it. Long story short laptop and bag fine, it sold me on them long term. Still have that same carry on bag and even though I had to send it back for some fixing(which was free) it's still going strong. Best $400 I've spent on luggage.
