I guess this guy may have a point if we were truly that professional; the reality is we have a long way to mature as an airline. Im just wondering if we will actually kill people before leadership focuses on something a bit more than image. Every time I hear a LCA rationalize the way we train based on costs, the respect is subsequently limited to the four stripes. Im laughing at these line check blitz desks that have no participants, three years later and the average line pilot feels engaging one of these drones is more of a brainwashing session than anything constructive.

I'll just remind you that George Patton would disagree with you. I agree we have a long way to go getting our training and procedures to fully settle into the merger. But, militarys through the centuries have known that there is something to "look sharp, be sharp"
