You know, it just boils me when people call the "younger" generation the entitlement generation and is responsible for the industry's ills. They think the couple thousand people hired with low time in what? 3 years (2005-2007) is to be blamed for everything, and the progression that happened the 15 years beforehand at their stewardship don't matter. It's ironic, if you take a look at segment of the population in our society that's truly the entitlement group, I would put it squarely in the 40-60 age group.
You are right of course, no excuse to become uncivil.
