The company (with full permission from our union) was forcing me and thousands of others at the bottom third of the seniority list to work 95 hours a month, every month. Which took me away from my wife and children for about 20 days a month. I really didn't want to get started about what my quality of life was like, I just wanted to post some simple numbers that everyone could understand.
