They actually have a program going now, that gives low time pilot an in. For every 100hrs you are short, you can take a 3 dollar pay cut on first year pay. But hey, it's totally worth it. Worst case you can get in with 200 hrs for only a 15 dollar pay cut. AND you get to upgrade fast!
700 is a hard number, they have a program with a school in FL that is getting them those types. But the average is WAY higher than that so far and I think with the Waterski'ers the average will remain high.
