Try JFK-SFO about 0.0715c/mile. Thats about twice of that average you mention and Delta claims.

I did. Only instead of coming to this or our very own bboard I wrote to our directors. Did it help? No. But you couldn't accuse me of not trying or voicing my concern.
As for what I'd like. I'd like comparable benefits as other regionals get. I'd like buddy passes (16 OW or 8RT). I'd like my parents to travel for free just as they would if I worked for a different regional.
Most of all, I'd like them to be on a priority thats comparable to other places and does not come after every single buddy pass. BTW, thats 'industry standard' and has been for the past 30 years of aviation.
As an aside, I'd like you to note that some routes delta offers our parents at 'yield fare' are more expensive than buying a ZED on a different carrier.
In 30 years of american airline industry, this is a new. On your 'own airline' (yes that includes subsidiaries) you pay more than on a different airline. Please note I'm talking benefits here... not our yield fares vs buying a ticket on the market.
