Please, you are hoping for "mitigation" of the nic with a hummel win, your posts reek of it. You simply refuse to accept an attempt at "mitigation" will ensure years more of litigation. The west position can not be more clear, our attorneys say any mitigation will revoke forever our full rights. I.e. the east will come back for more.
