This bid could be a 365 since the last one was last years 365 bid, and as a result most of the training would not start until fall. As a result would allow them to reverse much of it with a subsequent AE, and then start hiring pilots a few months early, and or acquire someone and quickly kill the overlap thus resulting in no need for bodies.
