Still not seeing where you come up with VX making regional turboprop wages. Not sure how a QX gangster in year 18 making $111/hr has a higher wage than a VX gangster in their 4th year making 120/hr. Lets also point out that the QX gangly ganster making $111/hr is topped out at 18 years. Top pay for VX guys/gals will be at $150/hr. So unless you are looking at some other figures that are out there, I'm calling your statement bogus.
