I started a thread a couple of weeks ago about the wing cracks in the A380 and some on the thread commented about flaws in the B-787 Dreamliners too.
I found this article this morning detailing some of the concerns wth delamination in support structures on the Dreamliner.

I love how no matter what the issue, short of the cockpit falling off the airplane, it is always "safe to fly"
