SWA F/A's probably agreed because a 2.5 year bump could be the difference between 2nd tier and 1st tier at a base. Like having a line 24/7 vs reserve cycles. Also, I think that both F/A groups were smart enough to learn from the mistakes of voting down an agreement.....aka The idiot MEC's from the AirTran side. Plus I am sure that just like the company, the F/A's also want to get the integration over with. Just my .02
