To TyphoonPilot, or anyone else with insight:

Filled out the application early this week, and two days later got an automated reply saying that I did not meet their minimum requirements, and that once I updated my app showing that I did meet the mins, they would reconsider my app. While it's true that I'm below their mins, I'm only short by 100 hours TT, and already exceed their min requirements in all other categories. They state that they will consider applicants for an interview who are as much as 500 hours below their mins.

Any theory as to why I wouldn't be considered? Has anyone else with similar quals received this letter or the opposite?
